game called Sonic Lost World would be released November 22, 2013.
So as the game had more cut scenes and new gameplay emerged, they decided to
make it a sequel to one of the best selling games that had come out before:
Sonic Colors. They decided to make the return of the power up called Wisps. They
have returned 4 from Colors and added 6. For the Wii U and 3DS, they have
Cyan Laser, Indigo Asteroid, and Yellow Drill. For the Wii U exclusively,
they have Orange Rocket, Magenta Rhythm, Crimson Eagle, and Black Bomb. The 3DS
exclusive will be Gray Quake, Red Burst, and Ivory Lightning.
I named them all, but I didn’t explain what they do, so here is what they can do
(they all are kind of self-explanatory). Cyan Laser turns you into a laser and
you can shoot through crystals that could lead to secret areas. Yellow Drill
allows you to drill in soft ground areas to bring you to new rooms. Orange
Rocket allows you to shoot up into the air and then glide down until you hit the
ground. Indigo Asteroid turns you into a black hole that can pretty much terra
form the land around you. Crimson Eagle allows you to dash through the air into
all kinds of neat obstacles. Magenta Rhythm allows you to keep a beat through a
course and it will be the only way to make it through the level. Black Bomb is
an exclusive wisp of where you can only obtain it through an event through
Miiverse. Gray Quake turns you into an iron ball of where you can ground-pound
onto the ground and destroy nearby objects. Red Burst gives you the power to
burst into a large explosion of flames to jump to nearby places. And last but
not least is Ivory Lightning, which gives you the ability to zap your way
through obstacles at a superfast rate.
