As this being the first field trip of the year it needs to be awesome. So were taking a trip to NAMII, which stands for National Additive Manufacturing Innovation
Institute in Youngstown, Ohio.
The stem class will be going on November 7th to learn about innovation and how 3D printing works. Dr. Darrell Wallace is inviting the 7th and 8th grade stem classes. He is also inviting us to create some creations of our own using computer aided designing (CAD).We will also be in groups to make a 3D object on auto CAD to take it to NAMII and print it out on a 3D printer and we will have a competition on how well it is made judged by how much detail or creativity the object has. We are very excited to have the experience.
