Wednesday, (are we the only ones who say Wed-nes-day in our heads?) October 9, was Leif Erikson Day. The 8th grade STEM goobers decided to play a little prank on the 7th STEM nerds. The goobers raided Mrs. Chine’s classroom during third period STEM; throwing toilet paper everywhere. And we mean everywhere. From the tables to Mrs. Chine’s desk, and the desk was covered.
They had another goober, Bob, take pictures of our priceless reactions. Half of us cowered in fear under the table, While others were throwing the paper right back at them. In the end, some rolls still had some toilet paper and Mrs. Chine took them home saying “I have a lot of girls in my home. This will be useful.”
After a little bit, we planned our revenge for Friday, October 11. We looked it up, and it turns out that Friday was Bring Your Teddy Bear To Work day. So, we stealthily planned our counterattack; which miserably failed. We brought teddy bears to school and kept them in our lockers until it was time. (See Teddy Bears Gone Wrong by Taylor Posey for more details.) They also attacked us again. (See 8th Grade STEM Attack FAIL by Stephanie Mulligan.)
